Method Design Studios ("we", "us") manufactures and installs fitted kitchens, wardrobes and interiors for property developers. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

- Project brief and contact forms: your name, company, role, phone number, email address, project name and location, unit count, and anything you write in the message field.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and time on site — only where you have consented to analytics cookies.
1.2 Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a specification proposal or programme.
- To arrange showroom or factory visits you have asked for.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it (analytics, with consent).
1.3 Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. Enquiry data is shared only with the Method Design Studios team handling your project and with service providers that host our website and email. We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, if a project proceeds, for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by Malaysian law.
